No Refund Policy After Work Commences

Important: No Refunds Once Work Has Started

Once we begin working on your project, we do not provide any refunds. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or decision to cancel the project
  • Dissatisfaction with the work in progress
  • Delays in providing content or feedback
  • Request for features not included in your package
  • Issues with third-party services (hosting, domain, etc.)
  • Any other reason after work has commenced

All sales are final once project work has begun. We invest time, resources, and expertise into every project from the moment we start, and therefore cannot offer refunds after work has commenced.

When Work Is Considered Started

Work is considered to have started when any of the following occurs:

  • Initial project setup and configuration begins
  • Design work or wireframing commences
  • Development or coding work starts
  • Content integration begins
  • Any active work on your project has been initiated by our team

Once any of these activities begin, the project is considered active and no refunds will be provided, regardless of the completion status or your satisfaction level.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you decide to cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund. To qualify:

  • You must cancel within 24 hours of payment
  • No work must have been started on your project
  • You must contact us at info@launchinhours.com to request cancellation
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Note:

Once we confirm that work has started on your project, cancellation requests will not be honored and no refund will be provided.

Project Completion and Revisions

While we do not offer refunds after work has started, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction:

  • We provide revisions as outlined in your package to ensure the final product meets your expectations
  • We work closely with you throughout the development process to address concerns and make adjustments
  • We ensure all agreed-upon features and specifications are delivered as promised
  • We provide support and assistance to resolve any issues that may arise
